A Pillar of Salt

Sometimes I find myself missing my old life.  And then I wonder why...I'd rather make something of this new life then mourn the old one.

If I keep looking behind me, I might just turn into a pillar of salt.  Best to keep moving forward...

I know this is a super short post, but I still have to comment. The title and theme here are an awesome match. Sometimes you can say much with little. Like the seven words story.

Please keep moving forward. Too much salt is not healthy for any body.

Motion is life. Keep moving forward.

Change is inevitable. Doors close, doors open. Sometimes we long for what is familiar: the known. Facing the unknown is stepping off the abyss. Scary! Yet, in order to grow, we face the change and roll with it, daring to direct our vision ahead, and not longing for that salt pillar! Write a play about all this: the longing, the angst, the journey you're on!

Thank you to all who commented and confirming everything I already know. Change is good... forward motion equals action and action is life. Bonnie, you're right...I should write a play about the longing I feel inside...trouble is, I'm not sure I know what I'm longing for....AHHHHHHH!! I think too much! Thanks everybody for your support!

Perhaps you are longing (or waiting) for Godot. Who is he, anyway?
